  • "Disease Markers & Drug Targets" inferred from regulatory networks of biomolecules enriched by multi-omics data in various conditions.
  • "Druggable Compounds" primarily in natural products or known drugs that directly or re-purposely control the activities of selected regulators, inferred from their features in structure and biological responsiveness
  • "Engineering Modular Regulators" primarily in Scaffold proteins and E3 ligases that regulate multiple targets networked in cellular functions.
  • "Assorted Cell-line Model" that surrogates various individualized disease models and their molecular mechanisms, constructed with multi-omics and physiological features that provide cell-level evaluation of the candidates.
